There are two ways to subscribe.

Option 1: Click the "Subscribe Now" button below

Option 2: Manually Subscribe

In iTunes, go to "advanced" tab and click, "subscribe to Podcast."
Copy the podcast address below and paste the full address in the pop-up window in iTunes;
then click the OK button.

In all other mp3 players, use their instructions to add the address below into the player.
